Great location, however the A/C was leaking all over the floor near the bathroom and front door. I understand it's an old building but that doesn't make up for the red and black mold growing in the shower. The blinds didn't work and there were only 6 TV channels. I would not recommend this hotel. The Marriott close by I have stayed at and I regret not booking there again.
Disliked: Leaking A/C; black and red mold in the shower.

Liked: It's a great building that's been made into a hotel. The location is perfect - we never used our care all weekend. Close to restaurants, unique bars, museums, river front park, churches, etc. The 4:30 Happy Hour in the Club Lounge was well worth the extra price (well, there was 4 of us in one room)

Liked: The beds were extremely comfortable. Fell asleep right away, and the bathroom had a tv in it.
Disliked: We got a knock from Guest Services complaining about noise which they were none but he stated he was just reaching out to everyone on the floor but only came to our room only. Very unprofessional and I think racist since we were African Americans. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone because of this.In addition, we requested a roll away cot when booking online and didn't one. In addition, they charge my card without telling or asking me.

Liked: The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of downtown, which made it extremely easy to travel to the various locations we had planned to visit.
Disliked: While in an attempt to create a modern-retro ultra chic atmosphere this establishment actually created an extremely sterile, somewhat dull, environment. There were absolutely no decorations or pictures on the wall. One or two accent pieces would have made this beautiful building seem more like a luxury hotel, instead of the insane asylum it felt like because it was so barren and sterile. There were also numerous communication issues, or just a complete lack of communication, between the various hotel staff. We were booked for a two night stay, had the "Do not disturb" sign hang on the door, and still early the morning of the second day of our stay the housekeeping staff were beating on our door. We had to have our room key reprogrammed the second day of our stay, the key for the local parking garage (which we had to pay $12/day for) did not work at any time during our stay, amongst other issues. It was not a pleasurable stay, to say the least, at what should be a flagship location in the Sheraton chain. The courtesy and good manners of a few of the staff were the only high points to this stay, other than the beauty of the building itself.
