Great hotel and comfy bed.

Liked: Everything.
Disliked: Just the elevator doesn't work without a room key which they didn't tell us.

Disliked: Room needed to be renovated.

Be prepared for the $45.00 parking fee. It was crazy checking in and took about 20 minutes to get our vehicle on check out. Came to clean our room at 9am when check out isn't to 12pm.

Liked: We parked across the road in the City Hall underground parking lot. The signage to exit the parking lot was very poor. Luckily, another person happened to be also exiting and showed us the correct doorway / stairwell.

Liked: Love the indoor/outdoor pool for family fun, location, near shopping, sightseeing and transportation. Breakfast included was fantastic!
Disliked: Parking is a bit steep.

Exceptional

Liked: The location, the comfy bed and the beautiful room made the stay so great. The staff was so friendly and so considerate. The hotel was extremely busy when we arrived, probably there was a convention of some sorts. But we were processed in a timely matter and gave us a room away from the crowd. We will definitely come back here again! Another thing that I was quite surprised is the free coffee tasted so good when we made it in the morning.
Disliked: Nothing. Even though the hotel was so busy, our room was in a quiet part.
