It was a pleasant experience. The atmosphere was upbeat, staff personnel were outstanding. We used valet parking and I highly recommend this feature. You are greeted like family and everyone makes sure you are taken care of. The restaurant food was exceptional, overall nothing was disappointing.
Liked: Everything, was not disappointed at all.
Disliked: Nothing.

Be prepared for the $45.00 parking fee. It was crazy checking in and took about 20 minutes to get our vehicle on check out. Came to clean our room at 9am when check out isn't to 12pm.

Disliked: Requested 2 rooms to be close together in our reservation that was confirmed in March, once we arrived to check in at 1500 our rooms were not ready due to the request. We (6 people with luggage) waited standing in the lobby for over an hour and a half to get into our rooms. Originally they offered us a $100 voucher to be used within the hotel. The manager on duty offered us $200 off our accommodation price (which was fine). Plenty of customers were immediately placed into their rooms while we waited. The representatives used our accommodation as an excuse as to why the rooms were not clean for us to be settled into our rooms. This experience was extremely disappointing as we have never had this happen in any other hotel. I will not be back to any Marriott chain due to this event. Typically rooms are ready upon arrival of check in. I could understand a short wait due to potential staffing issues, however, an hour and a half wait is completely unacceptable for any customer arriving in your facility. In addition, other customers were offered breakfast vouchers that we were not offered at all.

Liked: Overall a good hotel, the downside is that the windows on the 41st floor are dirty, looking out onto the courtyard, it looks like they haven't been cleaned for a long time and I noticed it at dinner, the upside is the comfortable, soft bed, the staff is polite, always smiling, entertainment shows and discos are warm, cozy (although the room was cool (maybe I need to know how and where to turn on the heat) and the TV didn't work, I couldn't connect my phone, their YouTube. Overall good. Thank you.

Lovely staff just air conditioning/heating...
Liked: From reception to cleaning, maintenance and restaurant the staff were exceptional. The one problem was the heating/cooling & noise in the rooms. We stayed in one room before our tour and turned the central heating off as the air blowing was causing sinus problems, even with the unit off when we woke in the morning it showed that it was 24.5c in the room turning the unit on and setting for lower made the vents blast cold air intermittently to keep the temperature low. It would have made sense the room was heating up if it was summer however it was -1c outside!!
