Disliked: Room needed to be renovated.

Be prepared for the $45.00 parking fee. It was crazy checking in and took about 20 minutes to get our vehicle on check out. Came to clean our room at 9am when check out isn't to 12pm.

Disliked: Some front desk staff was incompetent. I had to speak with them 3 times regarding my bill before they fixed the problem. I have still yet to make sure if they didn?t over charge my account and if they gave me the right credits. They said booking.com did not send the modification of my stay.

Great stay, I enjoyed it...
Liked: I loved my view overlooking City Hall and Toronto city looking North. I did not expect this snd I LOVED it. Thank you! The cleaning staff for my room 515, was sweet and helpful and did an excellent job of maintaining my room daily! While I loved my room and experience I think all the hotels I stayed in in South Korea on my tour exceeded amenities of my room with your hotel. Subtle but significant differences make a lot of impact. I enjoyed my stay, my room, and your welcoming staff. Thank you. I wish choose to stay with you again on my next visit.

Liked: Great location, great view, fast elevators, large room, very clean.
Disliked: Upon check out I did not receive hotel bill, it was supposed to be sent via email. It wasn?t. I asked for help via Marriot twitter assistant and then had to ask again before it was sent two weeks later. I rented a car through concierge at hotel, but had to return it to another hotel ( not far away, also Marriott group hotel, but rather inconvenient). Again, I did not received bill with detailed charges even though they had my email address and charges were almost double the inicial amount. For the first two nights there were several parties in several rooms on my floor, people walking the corridors, yelling, talking...The second night it was well after midnight and still going on. I had to call reception twice to complain and their response was that they can?t really do anything about it. ( really?) They had other complaints too they said. I heard security guy through my door asking them politely to please be quiet within half an hour. At 1:30 am!! He had to come again, still being very nice and apologetic. It was after 2 am when the floor was finally quiet enough to sleep. The green initiative was apparently changed, but the leaflets in the room still promote old version.
