It was a pleasant experience. The atmosphere was upbeat, staff personnel were outstanding. We used valet parking and I highly recommend this feature. You are greeted like family and everyone makes sure you are taken care of. The restaurant food was exceptional, overall nothing was disappointing.

Be prepared for the $45.00 parking fee. It was crazy checking in and took about 20 minutes to get our vehicle on check out. Came to clean our room at 9am when check out isn't to 12pm.

Liked: Staff at the lobby bar/cafe were exceptional, location was great.
Disliked: Booked a room for 3 2 adults 1 child.Sofa bed wanst made up. Rang requested it they said would be done but wasnt till had to ring again late night. Only put 2 towels for 3 people. Rang requested a 3rd & told 2 towels is standard. J said booked for 3 & they said still 2 is standard. Construction in arrears through night so loud so loud all night could not sleep. Should be stated as paying top prices for a room with noise all night. They moved our room but still noisy.

My first solo travel in...

Liked: The property is in the heart of Toronto Canada, close to every landmarks and walking distance, such as CN tower. Ripley’s aquarium, Roger’s center and food restaurants. Customer service was there, very polite and hospitable staff from the moment I checked in, explore the property up to checking out. Monica, from service desk was very helpful, accommodating and friendly when I was checking in and answered my few questions. She gave me the best view on my room which was facing the famous CN tower. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property to my friends who are planning to visit Toronto Canada.

Liked: The view from our room was of the Toronto sign and looked gorgeous at night. The shower was also very comfortable and clean.
