Nice little family staycation minus...

Liked: Overall pleasant stay. Near good restaurants and close to the river for nice walks with the family. Rooms were clean and pool was nice. Staff were friendly and understanding.
Disliked: Got room charged for coffee when I never ordered coffee from the restaurant. Had a pool time booked in the morning and the staff never opened the pool till 30mims after the opening time. For what you pay this stuff should not be happening. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.
