Tired property that needs attention....

Liked: The location of this property is perfect and the banquet facilities are beautiful.
Disliked: This property is tired, the hallways and rooms smell musty and odd. The carpets in the rooms and hallways are in serious need of being torn out. Unfortunately we were in close proximity with a few staff members and their hygiene was very unpleasant. This used to be the best hotel in the city now it’s lower midrange at best.

ZERO savings using Trivago/Booking.com They...

Liked: The location, but no view from our room.
Disliked: Noise. The staff linger in the hallways watching TV on their phones with the value on high. Like buy a set of headphones! The also didn’t even clean our room when we left for 4 hours. We had to go ask for towels and toilet paper

Great view, clean and comfortable.

Liked: Nice clean hotel. The room is convenient and the beds are comfortable. Have all what you need. The river is across the hotel, very nice views. The staff are super polite.
Disliked: Nothing, would go again for sure.
