This elegant hotel is set on the edge of Nuremberg's Old Town a 3-minute walk from Nuremberg Train Station. It features a top-floor spa with roof terrace and a gourmet restaurant. All guests receive a free bottle of mineral water on arrival at the Sheraton Carlton Nürnberg. The spacious air-conditioned rooms feature extra-long beds and bathrobes. Franconian and international meals are served in the Tafelhof restaurant. Great room, sauna and steam...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: I went to use the 90 degree sauna and steam room at about 10 AM and neither was anywhere near optimum temperature. The sauna was about 55 degrees and the steam room was lukewarm and had almost no steam.

Disliked: The customer service is really bad, i tried to contact them through booking also i contact booking as well for the same issue no one help em, I had emergency which forced me to leave early, so i just stayed one day and based on my cancellation terms and conditions i should be charged € 1,169 not € 1,299, but unfortunately they charged me the full amount, and when message the your hotel through booking i got ignored.

Liked: perfect selection of fresh food, fresh bread croissants, cheeses, spacious and well orginazed restaurant!
Disliked: italian coffee instead of machine
