Liked: The location is great
Disliked: I tried to book a room on level 5 (with club room access) as before and this was not accepted at reception. I was then unable to obtain food or a food list for more than an hour Food was delivered much later to my room by a attentive room service understanding my need after a long trip due to my condition at that time

Great location if you need...

Liked: It is super convenient that the hotel is located in the area of ​​the airport. Ideal if you have to fly early in the morning. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is fine and spacious enough. We had a bath, which was really nice to relax. In the meantime, being able to see planes landing and taking off outside is also nice to see.
Disliked: We specifically asked for a quiet room, but a family with (loud) children were staying in the room above us. The children were running/stomping around all the time.We asked to change to another room and they agreed. We appreciate this very much.

Liked: Very convenient location! Staff was courteous, informative, and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend for all who transfer through the Amsterdam Airport.
