Liked: Convenience for the airport.Beds are greatNight security very helpful and friendlyCoffee and croissant at 5am in the entrance
Disliked: Very confusing information over parking beforehand which led to problem on arrival.Pre booked a table for dinner. On arrival told that the restaurant was closed for refurbishment so was temporary on another floor. This was a huge function room, not cosy with bright lights and only half the menu. The staff were kind and did their best but it was disappointing. A few other problems at check in which I won't go into which they did upgrade us to a club room because of this which was kind and great.

Liked: The room and carpet was dark and outdated, not worth the expensive rates they charge. The location is very convenient or I would never pay that amount. The restaurant does not have Gluten free options.
