Clark, San Diego, visiting Barclays Center
Liked: The restaurant and bar were fabulous, as were the staff (that's you Marie).
Disliked: The location of the hotel. Nothing interesting nearby.

There was a lot of confusion around the check-in desk. Besides that, the rest of the stay was enjoyable.
Liked: Room was clean and up-to-date.
Disliked: Very disorganized at check in.

We booked the Sheraton because we had tickets to a concert at the Barclays Center. Wish the hotel was closer - says within walking distance, however since we were unfamiliar with the neighborhood had to use car service. Car service was convenient when leaving the hotel but a little pricey for such a short drive. Overall, a great hotel - very clean and staff was friendly. Highly recommend, just be prepared to pay for car service if you are looking to venture away from hotel.
Liked: Clean; comfortable; friendly staff.
Disliked: Too far from Barclay Center.

We stayed on 12/8/12 for The Rolling Stones concert. Hotel was neat and clean and the staff was very freindly. From Johan (out front), Christian (front desk), Ely (bar), Armando (restaurant manager) and others, everyone made us feel welcome. Good food too. I would definitely go back!

Liked: There was a bed
Disliked: I was staying for a wedding and your website didn’t properly direct me to a place where I could apply the discount code that I was given for the wedding so I had to pay full price for the hotel, I had to pay another 60+ dollars to park my car, was not directed to a complementary breakfast ether.

Liked: The location is perfect. You can choose your subway line everyday different. One day left corner one day right corner. Around the hotel lots of food alternatives. Also shopping alternatives. Very good location more than you imagine.
Disliked: There are some reception staff very far away more than the staff that helps us. They are like a robot but some staff are very helpful and nice to talk. Interesting same location different standart of personality. This is the reason why i am writing it.

Liked: The housekeeping staff were very good. TRhe rooms were clean. Also, it was located near the DeKalb market and Juniors.
Disliked: First room on top (25th) floor. Could not get the HVAC to to work correctly. There was a dance club directly above our room that was too noisy. We moved down to the 8th floor after that. The desk clerk told me that the breakfast ws $20 a day. We wound up going out to save money. The day before we checked out another desk clerk said that the breakfast was included with our room. Not happy to hear that. Got to the breakfast on last morning and many items had run out.

Liked: Well located hotel. Room was good size for New York hotel ( club level) and staff friendly and helpful especially room service. Room safe free and easy to use. Fridge good and complimentary water helpful. Arrange fixed fee taxi to airport.
Disliked: the air con was very noisy -we switched it off at night. The breakfast at the club lounge was meagre although the coffee was good! roof top bar past it s best and the restaurant was closed during our stay.

Liked: Virtually nothing
Disliked: When I got to the hotel the staff told me they had cancelled my reservation that same day (the email which did not include Sheraton anywhere went of course to spam). A very rude manager ended up reinstating the reservation but not without giving me attitude about my bank identifying the transaction as suspicious. Besides that, the facilities are way too old and not well maintained and it's certainly not worth 4 stars nor the price.
