Liked: Nice big room

Worth it

Liked: Hotel room and bed
Disliked: There was no hot kettle in room available, no weighing scale in washrooms. Washroom dispensers were not throughly checked for refilling.

It was ok & smooth

Disliked: The deposit of 150 EURO

Fantastic breakfast, Comfy beds &...

Liked: Very good breakfast at the hotel, lots of variety and decent quality food. Room is a decent size, plenty of storage space. Very large and comfortable beds. Staff very friendly. Bar is a little over priced - but there was also a vending machine in with Beer & Wine which was a lot more reasonable. Not too far to walk to the Tier Garten, Potsdamer Platz & Brandenburg Gate. Always taxi's outside the hotel as well
Disliked: Not that well connected for public transport, but lots of places are walkable and taxi's are reasonably priced

Liked: Very close to the city centre. Staff friendly and helpful. Great breakfast too.

It was okay. Not great.

Liked: The Air con was not functioning. The Refrigerator was not working. They gave us a fan ! Then after two days offered to change the room. In that room too the Air on was not working.Staff was professional. Breakfast was fine. Easy to find cabs to and from the hotel.
Disliked: The amenities in the hotel should work. Also there is no way to communicate before reaching. They could have given us early check in but because the site said check in only by 3pm and we were arriving by 11am after a long journey I booked the room for one night prior. They didn’t offer any discount or refund despite the condition of the room they gave us.
