Liked: Location was definitely the best
Disliked: I had a problem with the fact that the room did not have a microwave nor was there one anywhere in the hotel. They had starbucks coffee cups but no starbucks coffee. I was in need of cough lozengers but the hotel didn't sell anything downstairs.

Liked: The room was very nice
Disliked: Lack of information. I couldnt contact the front desk with questions abt the location of ice machines, parking or check out time.;in room phone wasnt connected. This was frustrating. The construction was difficult to manage.

Liked: The location and price were great!
Disliked: The price of the parking was a little outrageous.

Disliked: I was charged twice with bogus charges. When I called to find out what these charges were for the front desk told me that there was no one that could answer my questions on that day.

Liked: Nothing I liked. Sorry, I had to leave the hotel next day.
Disliked: Location was not as expectedly. The hotel was under construction and renovation with lots of noises. Even my room was still not finished or renovated yet. The room not painted yet. I only stayed one night. I wonder if I get refund for one night at least.

Disliked: The rooms are very outdated and old.

Great place and very nice staff!

Liked: The hotel is undergoing some renovations/updates, so there was some construction noises going on during our check in but it didnt both us at all! We were out doing stuff until well after it stopped. The room was very comfortable and actually got down to a low temp when we lowered the thermostat which I appreciate as a cold weather loving person! We parked in the garage attached to the hotel and walked everywhere else.
