The best experience I’ve had...

Liked: Everything from the cleanliness to the staff was excellent! Chris- the receptionist was excellent. He was eager to help each time an issue would arise. He was welcoming and had a warm smile that defined southern hospitality. I would recommend this hotel 10/10 times to anyone who wants luxury without the hassle. You won’t be disappointed.
Disliked: Everything was great!!

Liked: The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were great. I enjoyed the shower and the hotel itself smelled nice.
Disliked: My key kept getting deactivated and then when I went to leave they wanted to charge me $100 more than the booking price. Still no update on this and they still charged me more than my booking stated it would be.
