Disliked: We didn't have a good experience at all. In fact, we had to cancel our reservation the next day and move to another hotel. One of the reasons we chose this place was the indoor pool, which we couldn't use because it was closed for a private event. This was a bit annoying, especially for the kids. The toilet in our room didn't work, and the person who was supposed to fix it never showed up.
