There is no place like Hyatt.

Liked: Manager and the staff was nice!
Disliked: Small room and smelly pillows and very noisy - couldn't sleep :(

Liked: Pool and I had an amazing view
Disliked: They didn’t have shower soap and they took some of my deposit for no reason. This would be the second time they’ve took my deposit. The front desk manager had a who cares type of attitude.

I was so displeased with...

Liked: The checkin staff and restaurant staff provided excellent costumer services and very friendly.
Disliked: The Guest. It is very noisy in the hallways after 11pm. Guest yelling/talking loudly and running throughout the hallways. Hallways smelled of marijuana.

Liked: It was walking distance to where I needed to go
Disliked: The up charge on everything from the Wi-Fi to the bottles of water in the room.
