Pleasant

Liked: The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The noise from the toilet and turning on the shower were obnoxious and unbearable.
Disliked: Bathroom outdated. Toilet was industrial style. Whole in door. Huge stain on bedroom carpet. Hotel room phone outdated. Charging ports on lamps did not work.

amazing service and hotel

Liked: Views were amazing, counter staff were accommodating and very helpful. Miranda made me a little gift basket for my birthday because i mentioned it was my birthday. Free hot chocolate and coffee daily 24/7 as well as fresh water and cookies. Fun games to play in the lounge/foyer. Bar staff Erica was amazing and making drinks and her service was impeccable.
Disliked: no swimming pool
