Great views even greater staff

Liked: The location was excellent. It was very close to downtown and any other needed amenities . Miss Ann and Miss MacDonald were very professional , nice , and accommodating. They both helped with nearby recommendations and any inconveniences I had, they took immediate care of which I appreciated very much!

Liked: Everything was good. Loved thw cocktail and the food was 100% delicious. Cheers to the cheif!
Disliked: I didnt like how the desk worker assumed I booked the wrong hotel and how the cabs get there but everything else worked smoothly

I really enjoyed the tempura...

Liked: The staff was VERY helpful and polite. We LOVE the mattress and bedding very comfortable and slept good through the whole night.
Disliked: No in room refrigerator. Could not find the ice machine. Found our ice bucket, but no ice.

Worst hotel ever!!!!

Liked: The location was not bad. Service and everything else was terrible.
Disliked: Servise was awfull. We arrived at 23:20 and room service was not working. We asked about something to eat and the person at the reception didn't tell us that there was a store with everything just behind the front desk, so we had to order uber eats waiting for more than an hour. The next day we realised that that store exists and we didn't undestand why they didin't tell us. We are traveling with 5 kids, and it would have been nice to give them something quik, and not wait for more than an hour to get something to eat.The next day, we had room menu with brakefast, that they left us in the room, but it was not working. They should not leave this kind of advertising, if it is not working.They also don't make the beds. We are in a Sheraton, I expected at least that they tell us in advanced that they are not doing the rooms and room serrvice does not work.The people were totally unfriendly, and they don't want to help guests, not even with small children. It is probably one of the worst hotels I have been. Realy a shame, because the infastructure is nice, but service is so bad, that makes it all terrible. PLEASE DON'T STAY HERE!!! A hoste would be way better.
