Sheraton Albuquerque Airport Hotel

I expected a bit more from the Sheraton being that it's a higher end hotel. I will not stay in that hotel again and I will not recommend it to my colleagues, friends or family. Customer service makes the difference and Sheraton staff lack training, possibly motivation, to give good satisfying customer service.

Liked: Nice hotel; awesome climate control.
Disliked: Staff lack good customer service. Did not feel welcomed. Only one staff member greeted us good morning throughout our stay.

Liked: Located near the airport. Free shuttle.
Disliked: West front desk staff I’ve ever witnessed. Girl with dead eyes answering any questions with single monotone responses. Was drawn to the property with the idea of a semi luxurious stay after a week in comfort suites in Farmington . Overall the comfort suites was far better and half the expense.

Served its purpose.

Liked: Location is ideal to and from ABQ Sunport and rental car center. The room was adequately spacious. Shuttle service worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking that was easy to enter and exit.
Disliked: The building is obviously very dated. It really needs a thorough refresh. The TV service was slow and hard to figure out. The wifi system never recognized our name and room number to allow us on the wifi.

Disappointing

Liked: I didn’t feel the hotel was clean it clouded everything.

Liked: It is supposed to be 24 seven Shuttle service. I waited for 30 minutes for a shuttle. I called the hotel several times. No answer finally had to get a ride to the hotel.
Disliked: shuttle service not reliable!I arrived very late after many delays. And was told they had to finish their nighttime audit before I could check in —could be 15 or 20 minutes. …

Disappointing

Liked: Shower, shuttle.from hotel to airport. Waited a while in other direction.
Disliked: TV and wifi didn't work, couldn't call desk. When I went down to the desk, was told I needed an engineer who never showed up. Lobby coffee not as good as Motel 6 the previous night.
