Sheraton Albuquerque Airport Hotel

I expected a bit more from the Sheraton being that it's a higher end hotel. I will not stay in that hotel again and I will not recommend it to my colleagues, friends or family. Customer service makes the difference and Sheraton staff lack training, possibly motivation, to give good satisfying customer service.

Liked: Nice hotel; awesome climate control.
Disliked: Staff lack good customer service. Did not feel welcomed. Only one staff member greeted us good morning throughout our stay.

Relaxing and Comfort

Liked: I liked that the rooms were comfortable and clean. They had all the amenities (coffee maker, plenty of towels, Wi-Fi, shower am amenities). It felt like home :)
Disliked: I was disappointed just a little that my first room the tv and landline was not working, but they did move me into a room that had a working TV. Not that its important but I like to have a little noise.

The room served its purpose...

Liked: It was very clean
Disliked: I reserved a gueen room with 2 queen beds. But only had a room with one king bed available. The shower had the shower head falling apart, the drain was clogged in the shower. The faucet on the sink was set to far back and you couldn't wash your hands without touching the sink.

Liked: It was close to the airport
Disliked: There was renovations going on and I could hear the construction. Also, the rooms need a lot of updates. Carpets looked pretty dirty and worn.
