Sheraton Albuquerque Airport Hotel

I expected a bit more from the Sheraton being that it's a higher end hotel. I will not stay in that hotel again and I will not recommend it to my colleagues, friends or family. Customer service makes the difference and Sheraton staff lack training, possibly motivation, to give good satisfying customer service.

Liked: Nice hotel; awesome climate control.
Disliked: Staff lack good customer service. Did not feel welcomed. Only one staff member greeted us good morning throughout our stay.

Disliked: There was renovations going on and I could hear the construction. Also, the rooms need a lot of updates. Carpets looked pretty dirty and worn.

Reasonable hotel with airport shuttle.

Liked: Staff were fine. Airport shuttle efficient.
Disliked: The ventilation vent in our room was very noisy even with air conditioning switched off. We reported this but, although ‘checked’, we received no update. Consequently our short pre-flight night was interrupted by the noise. I mentioned this on check out & told that we should have been given a room change; a bit late & easy to say then!

Liked: Great location especially for airport. New furnishings, lovely bedding and pillows, clean, fresh, nice view of sky and horizon and so nice to ghave coffee available in lobby early in the morning!

Liked: Front desk people, restaurant people, and bell staff are terrific. Location very near airport is great.
