It was good. Friendly staff....

Liked: Was easy to get to.
Disliked: Was very very small for a family of 5. The beds were really hard but overall it was okay.

I’m glad we only stayed...

Liked: Affordable, good for one night.
Disliked: The TV remote didn’t work, so the kids couldn’t watch tv. Games room was closed at least 30min early, so the kids couldn’t go there either. Needed the heater on the whole night to stay warm, as the heat just escaped from the cabin.

Clean place, pleasant stay

Liked: Property was beautifully kept. The cabin was clean and well designed
Disliked: The bunk beds were short, not much spare length for me at height 162cm. My son at height 180cm found his feet hanging off the double bed. Cleaners please check cleanliness of kitchen items - cup, lid and few other items had dried food items stuck or oily

We were so happy with...

Liked: So very thoughtful that the heating was turned on for us when we arrived!! It was a bitterly cold, rainy and dark night and we felt very special and welcome. Room was clean, had everything we needed, will certainly stay there again next time we are in Shepparton. Have stayed at other facilities there but none were as good as this.
Disliked: Confusion between our cabin number - what was written on the cabin "Tradie 6" was different to what was on the key tag (two letters then 6) and on the map (one different letter then 6).
