Poor will not stay again.

Disliked: Check in....strictly 3pm onwards. We were early and went to restaurant for a late lunch. There were 4 tables with customers. Staff were more interested in talking among themselves. We had to ask for service every time. Dinner staff better but food average.Room was a classic double, was ok but had underlying musty smell looked out onto back of function room where lots of broken furniture was put. Bit of an eyesore.2nd night (monday) there was some kind of function on with a live band. Hotel did not give any courtesy heads up of this so couldn't sleep until band had finished. Overall, poor customer service very unfriendly staff.I expected better for the price they charge to stay there.Will not recommend or stay ever again.

Great location but could be...

Liked: The location and the outside of the property was really nice
Disliked: There were dirty plates and glasses along the hallway outside a few rooms from when we checked in to going to bed later that night, there were some basic bits missing in the rooms and it was fairly outdated. We were quite disappointed considering how lovely the outside of the property is. The food was really overpriced considering the quality.
