Liked: Good location. The maintenance guy was very helpful.
Disliked: No warm water in the shower. No internet connection. The doors not responding to the key card.

Liked: This place is absolutely amazing! The location can not be beat.I was wearing staying here after reading the poor reveiws. But so glad I did. Check in was a breeze.Code worked for the door rooms were clean. Staff was wonderful. Deposit was returned
Disliked: That the two free happy hour drinks are now not across the street but on 17th st.

Disliked: I paid --- hotel fees, 100 security deposit. they don't give refunds at checkout. It takes up to two weeks for reimbursement.

Liked: The room did not have a coffee/tea Maher as you advertised on booking.com. And after I finally checked in which tool 40 minutes the bathroom ceiling was leaking and the room was not cleaned during my entire 4 night 5 day stay so I would like some compensation.Thank you
Disliked: Please see above and also there was no elevator and my room was on the top floor.
