Liked: Ocean views
Disliked: The water supply, cannot use or drink it. Needed sheets and towels. Bigger refrigerator for space. Could’ve been cleaner on surfaces such as walls and light switches. Bigger trash can for kitchen.

Ocean was great

Disliked: Room smelled like smoke, bathroom not really clean, some light switches didn’t work

Liked: We really like Shell Island's location. We've stayed here at least 5 times since discovering this spot almost 10 years ago. Take the elevator down, and you'll be on the beach in a short walk. It's a really great location. We love the kitchenette, 1.5 bathrooms, and spacious bedroom and living area. They also have a nice restaurant and bar onsite if you can pay for that convenience.
Disliked: Unfortunately the AC in our room wasn't working properly. We called maintenance each day of our stay. Hopefully they got it fixed, but it was quite uncomfortable since both days were pretty warm.

Liked: NOTHING staff is rude
Disliked: They falsely charge you and the manager is very rude she likes to hang up on you and refuses your calls

Exceptional

Liked: I’m still trying to figure out why this place doesn’t have a 5 star rating. The rooms are very clean. The costumer service was exceptional. It’s exactly what we expected! Will return again and again.

Disliked: Only issue room service never arrived to clean room and the large birds flying onto ledge while your on balcony consistently
