Liked: This accommodation below an accommodation is below an acceptable standard. It is not suitable for families. An alarm went off at midnight then there was shouting and door slamming. You could here people in the next room using the toilet, turning over on bed and the rest

Disliked: Room was disgusting and not clean. Smell in the hotel was disgusting. Wouldn’t let a dog stay there!!

It was cheap but certainly...

Disliked: The room was very small for a couple. The ensuite bathroom occupied the old wardrobe space and was very cramped. The walls are very thin. People came into the lodge at all hours and were not respectful to those sleeping. The worst was being woken at 530am by a man being violently sick. The bed was uncomfortable with a sag in the middle. There was no fan in the room. The shared breakfast area on the 1st floor was grimmy, hot and uninviting. It was cheap but certainly not cheerful.

Disliked: Bed was about to full apart,chair was broken ,room much smaller than photo . Very tired looking room. Breakfast was carrots olives ,chicken and sweetcorn mash ,toast and cereal . This isn't continental. No parking . Booked for 2 nites only stayed the one .

This is a terrible place...

Liked: It exists - near to Duxford Airfield, my destination.
Disliked: I was totally disappointed expecting a bed and breakfast from the advertisment, but found what could be described an an asylum seekers hostel. It was dirty, rooms were VERY small, I did not see any smoke detector/alarm in my room. I didnt see any directions to fire escape (if there is one). Breakfast was DIY, with a what seemed to be a tin of hot dogs halved in two with an uncovered put of beans I guess I was supposed to microwave. There were pots of different coloured stuff - no idea what it was, so breakfast was toast! 4AM was wakened by a fight outside in car park with several people involved. At 79 years of age, I didnt feel safe and left early morning as soon as I wakened. I could not recommend this place and sad that it is allowed to use booking.com. I have travelled all over the world and stayed in better places.
