Great location for a great...

Liked: Location was perfect, so central. Sue is an amazing host, super responsive to messages and really friendly in person. The property is lovely and the rooms were well appointed and clean.
Disliked: Unfortunately the breakfast smells coming up to my room were a disappointment, but only because we weren't able to partake in breakfast - it smelled amazing! Looking forward to visiting again and eating this!

Disliked: Room was functional and well equipped but a little on the smaller size. The property is next to a main road which can cause disturbance for light sleepers.

Liked: Sue was a friendly and accomodating host, and the venue was as close as it gets to the conference centre. The house was beautifully and comfortably furnished.

Liked: Breakfast was nice, plenty of choice. Availability of a free parking permit for the weekend. Sue was lovely and very welcoming.
Disliked: Bed was beside the window and there was a draft, although there was the use of an electric blanket on the bed still got a bit of a draft. Used the spare pillow as a barrier so all good!
