The room was comfortable and...

Liked: The bathroom in our room was very small. The door didn't want to stay closed. Staircase has very narrow treads, so climbing the stairs requires some care. Beautiful house, nice dining room, and the breakfast was delicious. We would stay here again if we were in the area.

Nice Victorian BNB

Liked: Very charming town. The property is an old Victorian house with antique furniture. Our room was comfortable. We moved things around to suit our view of the tv. Bathroom was very cute and functional.
Disliked: I would have like some heat in the parlor and dining room. It was absolutely frigid. The lighting in the bedroom is not functional for reading or doing anything on your computer. The lighting was a little better in the parlor but it was very cold. Colder inside than outside! The breakfast was nothing like what described by previous guests. Yogurt parfait was the high point. Cold hard boiled eggs, strange little chicken sausages and sort of tough pancakes. I think even though it’s under new management it could have been better.

Liked: Staff was very friendly and kind. They provided an excellent breakfast and the room was small, but comfortable and clean.
Disliked: Not a big deal, but would have loved if coffee was available all morning and not just during breakfast.

Very nice Victorian B&B with...

Liked: The breakfast was wonderful! The staff was great, very accommodating and delightful. The other guests were cheerful and we had some good conversations. The room was very nice, and the bed was comfortable, with lots of pillows. We had our own veranda, but didn't use it due to the damp weather. The bathroom was lovely, and they included two fluffy robes.
Disliked: We did have an ant problem, but nothing that disturbed our stay. The staff apologized, and cleaned up our bag that had been invaded. Also, we would have liked more light in the room, was hard to read with the dim lamps. The bed was comfy, but the mattress topper was a bit narrow, and we felt a bit like we were going to teeter off. The TV was positioned to the side of the bed, so you would have to crane your neck to see it. We pulled the two arm chairs to the other side of the bed and watched a movie from there.
