Liked: Great facility. Great management. Room immaculate. Bed very comfortable. Sheets soft. Will stay here again when in area.

Liked: Close to family member that lived in area, housekeeping was very nice and attentive
Disliked: Got checked into a room that was already occupied, we were told we would get extra bedding for extra bed never arrived, bathroom amenities not enough.

No disappointment here, enjoy your...

Liked: The room was super clean, and the bed was beyond comfortable. the location was quiet and was able to sleep soundly.
Disliked: I have nothing negative to say about this stay. Staff was friendly and the room was excellent, whatore could you ask for.

Comfortable stay and central location...

Liked: A good rate for a comfortable stay. Friendly staff.
Disliked: There was no hot water one night around 10:45pm, had to wait till morning to take a shower. First time this happened after many stays at Shasta Pines. Told the manager and he said he will check on why that happened.
