Friendly staff but would not...

Liked: No breakfast, didn’t see it.Location was very good. Quiet. Plenty of flowing water in shower.
Disliked: Room was run down. Wood casing around doors was split and rough. Bathroom floors need repair. Carpet worn. Two hard old pillows on queen bed. Bath Towels small and well worn out. Bed linens old and top cover smelled like it wasn’t that clean.No tea just coffee in room and coffee maker worn out.

Disliked: There was a dirty towel left under the bathroom sink. Everything else was clean.

Liked: Clean room, good location, very comfortable.

Disliked: This, small bath towels, stingy with the coffee, which was weak and not good, stingy with tiny soap, shampoo. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The noise level during the night was terrible, leaving with very little sleep at night.

For the price, this hotel...

Liked: Everything was clean. The bathroom was very clean as were the beds and kitchen. It had a decent kitchen area as well with a microwave and refrigerator. The staff was super helpful and friendly and got us a new remote control for the missing one in our room within a couple minutes.
Disliked: The window heater unit in the room is quite loud, the room had an odor even though it was non-smoking, the toilet took 10 minutes to refill so the next person could flush and the shower had a somewhat hard curtain that did not close all the way. There was also a weird thing going on with the bathroom floor where there was a board instead of counter.
