Never again at Toronto shangri...

Liked: Breakfast was very bad , staff were rude We were asked to wait for a table while the restaurant had 50% occupancy only
Disliked: The reception staff were rude , I was charged 1.5 x times the room rate , it was deducted not held from my account for the whole 8 days 970$ was deducted till now it hasn't been returned ,

Disliked: Felt like the lobby staff/ concierge was looking at me and my friends like weren?t guests at the hotel? They asked us every time if we have a room key?! As south Asian females we Felt somewhat racially profiled. Constantly getting stares at by the lobby staff and we weren?t even bringing any attention to us or talking loud. In short , I don?t think I will be staying here again due to the staff constantly staring at us and being a part of a minority group I didn?t feel comfortable which was kind of disappointing. Other than that- the hotel is beautiful and very luxurious.
