Charming luxury - big rooms...

Liked: Chose to stay at the Shangri-La as it was in close proximity to the Ros Packer Theatre. The staff at the front that assisted with our bags were fantastic, the room was very spacious, clean and comfortable with a wonderful Harbour Bridge and Opera House view. Super fast lifts took us up to the beautiful restaurant and bar, where we again enjoyed an amazing city view at night, just magic! The towels and bed were luxurious and lovely polite staff topping up bottled water and bathroom supplies very much appreciated. Had a great stay at a quality hotel.

Exceptional

Liked: Beautiful hotel, large comfortable rooms and very friendly staff.
Disliked: It is situated at the top of a hill from all the amenities and as we are an elderly couple it was a difficult climb.
