Wouldn’t stay there if it...

Liked: Location and the hotel staff
Disliked: We had to wait nearly 2 hours for our room

Poor

Liked: Upstairs bar was nice, breakfast was good
Disliked: We specifically said it was our 10 years anniversary and the hotel confirmed they would do something complimentary for it. We get to the room and there is nothing there. Called the reception and then the staff brought up a bottle of champagne but didn’t say anything just put it down in the room and walked out. Also we booked the room that said landmark view thinking we would see harbour bridge and opera house. Couldn’t see harbour bridge at all and could only just see the opera house.

It was a nice stay.

Liked: Nice views. Walking distance to the Rocks and cruise ship dock.
Disliked: Very expensive to eat, breakfast is not included with the room. Staff at the gym/pool were very snooty one morning.

Exceptional

I wouldn’t rate the hotel...

Liked: I could say the view but the windows were so dirty
Disliked: The windows we’re dirty. The lift took 30 mins to get to breakfast and an additional 20 mins in line. Thirty mins for check in

Amazing except for check in...

Liked: Location was excellent and room was as described and perfect
Disliked: Check in was horrible, took forever. We booked two rooms. Neither were ready when we checked in. After half an hour I went to enquire about them and was given the key to one room only. The other room took an hour and a half to be ready. Very disappointing for a luxury hotel.
