Truly excellent in all respects.

Liked: Obviously the situation and the view but the staff were, without exception, truly excellent and all went the extra mile. The guest relations team deserve special mention.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The hotel was immaculate and ideally located for the tube. Amazing views over London Bridge.The staff were excellent. So attentive and made a birthday celebration fantastic.

It was definitely worth it...

Liked: The staff were fantastic, the views were amazing and the room was lovely. The pool and sauna were brilliant.
Disliked: I thought that the room could probably of had a freshen up as the carpets seemed a little out of fashion and the price felt a bit high for the room. I asked if the room could be decorated in anyway for my partners 21st birthday and the only thing we got was writing on the window in white which was hard to see.
