Disliked: Room was not clean, dirt under the bed and bathroom needs a good cleaning, stains on the sink tops and bath sides, .. breakfast was poor quality, restaurant still closed so expect to eat out for evening meals .

Liked: The room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. I had a truly restful sleep and woke up feeling refreshed.
Disliked: There’s a small yoga space available for exercise, but it requires advance reservation. Some staff asked me to wait for the next shift to complete my booking, which was a bit inconvenient. The breakfast was tasty, though the selection was somewhat limited.

Liked: Omar at reception was particularly friendly and helpful.

Liked: Parking is very good and the hotel is very clean. Staff were friendly.
Disliked: Two of the main reasons we chose Shanghai were for the restaurant and fitness center. We found out both were under renovation when we were checking in, long after we booked. Difficult to sleep in the early morning with loud noises in the hallway, thumps, doors banging and then late at night we listened to very active people in the room next door.
