Comfortable accommodation in a good...

Liked: We arrived early and were accommodated without a fuss. We had a lovely room on the ground floor which was spacious and charming with original features and it was very clean and comfortable.The car parking was very good, the location was great as we could easily walk into the city centre.
Disliked: No complaints at all.

Good location clean and tidy...

Liked: The location, and the room. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel, it definitely looks better than the pictures suggest. Also nice to be able to use the private terrace to drink some cool water as it was exceptionally hot weather. Bed was comfortable and the traffic noise wasn't an issue as we were facing the riverside.
Disliked: I alerted the very helpful reception staff to the dangerously hot water in the bathroom (I had tried to use the shower). The lady I spoke to about it was very professional and immediately noted it down. I wanted to ensure no one else used the shower in room 11 before it was looked at by the staff.

Liked: Breakfast.
Disliked: Entry to car park was off a busy road with a bus lane to navigate.Ridiculous 25mm in front of the wash basin.

Disliked: Our room was a bit noisy with outside patio directly nearby and room next door with loud tv. However, staff was excellent!

No place I would ever...

Liked: The location.
Disliked: Most everything else. It’s a very confusing layout. And it’s not clean. The bedroom window wouldn’t stay tilted without falling. The shower was moldy. The hallways were dirty. And when I went to use the kettle there was mold in it. Plus it didn’t fit in the sink to get water. Which when you turned the sink on, the water shot out of the sink and down the front of your pants. The shower worked, but didn’t shut off… just not a good experience at all.
