Disgusting customer service

Liked: Location and beds were good
Disliked: THE STAFF! Absolutely disgusting behaviour. I prepaid and she refused to believe me. Even after I showed her A RECEIPT she said it wasn’t enough proof. After arguing she ended up throwing the key on the desk and stormed off. Sooo unprofessional

Disliked: Horrible parking. rude staff, and trashy parking area.

Exactly what we needed

Liked: would gladly stay there again. Lady receptionist was very helpful.
Disliked: parking lot confusing and needed some repairs but was manageable

Disliked: Nothing really other than the fact that it was very close to the highway

Liked: No bull crap is given by the staff, and that there is no visitors allowed! So we were not disturbed! That there was a smart TV for us to put Netflix on!
Disliked: That we couldn't have visitors. They have a no visitors policy!

Decent stay for a good...

Liked: The staff was super friendly, and were nice about us checking out a little later then expected.
