Liked: It was quiet.
Disliked: There was a hole in the linen sheet on the bedding and a slight musty smell when we arrived, but after the air conditioning ran for a while it improved. It was a very hot day so that may have been a factor in the air quality.

Liked: Ms. Vani was very kind to let us check in early and that set us up for an enjoyable evening at Stratford where we watched a play.
Disliked: There was ample parking and we felt very safe .We were all seniors and having our rooms on the ground floor worked out great for us

Liked: Staff were very welcoming and there was free coffee and cookies available. The room was very clean.
Disliked: The property is very dated. It's cheaper than staying in Stratford, but you definitely get what you pay for.

Disliked: The bed was old and terrible. We don’t mind tired facilities, but there was zero investment in the property and the pictures far outsold what it was really like. In addition, someone was definitely smoking inside the building in the morning - who even does that in 2025 anymore?! Couldnt find the breakfast room.
