Disliked: Lighting was extremely dark throughout hotel…. Creating mood, but a bit weird.

Disappointed, incompetent receptionist, bad management....

Liked: there is nothing to like when you have to sleep on the floor even if you made the reservation. I don't recomand this.
Disliked: incompetent receptionist. I made the reservation and we slept on the floor in the lobby with two little kids. he saw the reservation on Booking but because something didn't synced with something in his system, he didn't give us the room even if he saw the confirmation. I am very disappointed. My kids were crying, at 3 am, what else we can do but to sleep on the cold floor. don't come here, you will pay for the reservation and you will not be able to go into the room.
