The hotel did not meet...

Liked: Great location, nice breakfast.
Disliked: Facilities, such as spa, are NOT INCLUDED in the price. Hotel guests need to pay admission and to reserve spot in n advance. The outdoor swimming pool is NOT HEATED, and is too cold to use in May. I sent email to management upon my arrival asking for clarification. In 3 days nobody responded. I expected more from a 5*hotel.

Superb

Great if you are there...

Liked: The rooms were a decent size, and the bathrooms were huge! There was plenty of space for two people and it was very clean. The location is amazing, it is about a 20 min walk from the centre and about an hour walk/10 min taxi from the beach.
Disliked: Whilst there were some really nice parts of the hotel, the Air Conditioning unit in our room did not work properly even if we put it on maximum it still did not cool the room down for us - luckily we went when it was not too hot but cannot begin to imagine what it would be like in the summer. Secondly, significantly less important, was that the TV did not work, we could turn it on but there were no channels or even a menu page available which was a little bit annoying. If you are paying a lot for the hotel, you would expect things like this to work properly.
