Liked: Very good location, nice garden area overlooking the West Bay

Liked: No bedding on the two beds no towels The previous peoples rubbish still in the bin im not a picky person far from it bit felt let down wasn't cheap stayed there 4 years ago and it was lovely bit I woylsnt again.

Was ok.

Liked: Breakfast was nice
Disliked: Not able to have evening meal in the hotel. Had to go to another hotel to eat.

Value for money.

Liked: Bed extremely comfortable. Shower room immaculate & modern. Staff very friendly. Terrace fantastic & drinks reasonably priced.
Disliked: Furniture a bit outdated but functional

Perfect location with outstanding views.

Liked: We had the sea view “king” room. The room was spacious and had outstanding views. We loved staying here.
Disliked: The only negative is that the mattresses were old and uncomfortable and the pillows were flat, (which seemed to be a theme in every hotel we stayed at in Scotland).

Liked: The hotel is on the promenade, so easy to access and walk into town. Beautiful views. Rooms are perfectly adequate. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Made a mistake of booking it through booking.com Ann didn't realise?.I wasn't getting a breakfast Next time I would book , it's direct without a third part.
Disliked: EveryThing in the hotel was perfect.It could have done with a bit of entertain.

Great location but hotel did...

Liked: Staff were helpful. Location was fine and a short walk to town centre.
Disliked: Room 340 was on ground floor and everyone entering hotel, sitting in the gardens or walking past were staring in the window. No privacy. Bathroom was tiny and shower not working very well. NOT a deluxe room as described. Breakfast was not worth the money. Parking was a tight squeeze.
