Great value, very handy location...

Liked: 2nd visit here. Great location, great upstairs beachfront balcony. comfy beds and really nice upgraded toilet & shower room.
Disliked: Possiblestaff shortages when we were there. Same personrunning aroung ragged doing several jobs.

All in all it wasn’t...

Liked: The shower was virtually impossible to select a usable temperature had very little pressure …
Disliked: Our sea view room was amazing but the hotel is lacking a little TLC and would benefit from an update/refurb…

Fine for the money!

Liked: Lovely room! Clean and good size and even had a bath!!
Disliked: Rooms abit outdated and windows didn't work we weren't allowed to open them!!

Very good

Liked: The room was very nice. It was my first time travelling along and felt very comfortable there. The location was great too. It was a very short walk from the passenger ferry.
Disliked: N/A

Had better stays elsewhere for...

Liked: The location was good, nice garden overlooking the Clyde.
Disliked: There was no ambience and the en-suite shower room although well presented had very little water pressure so much so that the shower head had to be lifted down to rinse off your soap. There were no evening meals which was disappointing and meant a walk into town for a restaurant. This was not made clear when booking. We were advised on arrival that they only did evening meals when they had coach parties.
