Disliked: Executive room had 5 beds in 1 room. That is a family room not an executive room. No opening windows and glass opaque. Air conditioner very noisy and above bed. One tiny shelf in huge bathroom

Great stay in the Adelaide...

Liked: Nice sized, clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced room. Great shower, and there was a spa in the bathroom as well, but we didn't end up using it, sadly. Appointments and decor were good. Towels were nice and fluffy (and more available if required). Bed was comfortable and we didn't have any problems with noise.
Disliked: There wasn't a lot of staff on reception when there wasn't an event in the reception hall. Views weren't brilliant, and the air conditioning had to be left running as it took a while to cool the room down on days in the high 30s. Mini-bar prices were... well... mini-bar priced and the bedside bottles of water were $4 - but they were well signposted as such. Coffee from the machines at reception was undrinkable. Not terrible problems overall and didn't detract from our experience.

Disliked: - My door got unlocked it was mistaken for a vacant room.And within that hour, a fire drill test commenced when I tried to get back to sleep.- Dirty window- Facial tissues placed in an open slot in vanity that exposes to contamination of guests brushing their teeth especially kids, etc. Smelt funky to use.-Dirty smudge on the back of the toilet seat
