Seville Plaza Hotel Trademark Collection by Wyndham

Overall the building is in need of repairs. The front desk staff was great and our room was clean. We stayed in a larger well known hotel chain the last time we were in KC and the building was pretty dingy as well. Maybe that's KC? We appreciate how the front desk staff made it more welcoming than a larger chain. The location was great and I hope that some repairs could be made to this place. It fitted our needs for one night and I wouldn't eliminate staying here again.

Liked: The front desk staff was friendly and responsive. The proximity to the venue and restaurants was fabulous. The free parking was a plus. We appreciated the free drinks as well.
Disliked: The building itself was very old and you could definitely tell. Main hallway carpets were very dingy and thin; a hole in the hallway wall upstairs was covered partially by a picture; the fire extinguisher box had no glass on it etc. It just needs some TLC for sure. I think it needs a bit of an overhaul. The noise from QT next door was a little loud at night but that is probably not unheard of in the city.

This hotel was close to everything we were interested in - Plaza, concert venue and metro transit. Buses were easy to find and very reasonable.

Love the location of the hotel and found the rooms to be comfortable and well appointed. The shuttle to our concert was worth the price of the room alone since the weather was awful. I could not have asked for people more attentive to our needs. The breakfast room was very comfortable and the food good. I will definitely stay here again.

The stay was supposed to be two days, and car trouble turned it into 7 hours. The accommodating staff were great, expedited check in at 1 am. The room was clean and beautifully furnished and decorated. It was nicely stocked with coffee, the extra blanket was perfect, and the bathroom was gorgeous. The bed was very comfortable.

Our room was spotless, very comfortable, and plenty of room. Only negative: The fridge did not appear to be working.
