Had a lovely weekend.

Liked: Property was lovely. Pool was warm, everyone was very friendly
Disliked: Bed was sunk in the middle and some tile was missing in the pool. Not huge deals would return.

Liked: Room was great. Love the location.
Disliked: Being harassed so many times by staff to go to a timeshare presentation! That’s the part that makes me want to rent elsewhere. Also, we had planned to ice skate Monday. They rent it to outsiders only on Mondays! They were too busy trying to make us attend a time share mess to tell us it wasn’t available on Monday! VERY disappointing! That was a big reason we went there! The grandkids loved that last time.Also the hot tub wasn’t working.Also the jacuzzi tub had pink mold and pub hair. I had to go get bleach and clean it! After cleaning it I enjoyed that!

Disliked: We were charged twice due to a booking error. We were told there would be a refund, but that never happened.

Beautiful property that is family...

Liked: The room had 3 beds which was appreciated for our family of 4. It was clean and spacious for our needs. The room had great amenities like a fridge, tea, glasses and cups. There was a small balcony where you could sit and observe the woods. My kids enjoyed being in a different room from us parents. They were able to relax and watch TV in their own space. The heated pools were great! There was a fitness studio, which I didn't get a chance to use. I wish we had the ability to stay longer.
Disliked: It was hard to find our room initially because the building numbers were not obvious and the lights which showed the building numbers (on the rocks) went out one night. The staff was mostly awesome but I didn't care for the hard sell to attend the WorldMark meeting. It added an additional 20 min to my check-in that I was not prepared for.

Great July 4th holiday in...

Liked: The location in Bend was very nice. It's a great place to meet up with multiple family members or friends. There are easy walks and hiking trails within the area. The balcony had a lovely view. It was very pleasant sitting there in the evenings.The pools and games are inviting and it was a very family friendly atmosphere. I enjoyed watching my grandchildren having a good time and interacting with other kids.
Disliked: The resort is aging and in need of some upkeep; A/C wasn't working. They are motivated to sell time shares so be careful of the sales pitch. I thought I was getting a room with a kitchen but realized when I arrived that I'd reserved the wrong type of room & had no place to prepare food. My mistake. We were on the 3rd floor, no elevator, so carrying heavy bags and coolers was some effort. I would stay there again but I'd get a different type of room and try to stay on the 1st or 2nd floor. Would have loved to have a morning coffee bar at the on-site restaurant. I think people would pay for coffee drinks. The restaurant is not open for breakfast or lunch. A coffee bar concession might be worth them considering for the future.
