Very family friendly; good location; clean; restaurant on site.

Liked: There was no free breakfast.the bed waaas comfy
Disliked: A guide for tv. Ajonning door for next room is not good alot of noise from that door.hair drier didn't work.

Liked: it worked out great for me.Had a nice looking pool and water park, I didn't use, it, but it looked like it was ok and would be nice for the kids and families.
Disliked: It was under construction, but I'm sure that was a necessary improvement, so it's probably good that they were doing stuff too so not a complaint, I didn't hear or really notice the workers, but just a fact currently. Definitely wouldn't not stay there just cause of that.

Liked: The friendly staff & meal at the restaurant were two positives.
Disliked: The hotel was under construction during our stay. There was yellow caution tape from the lobby entrance into the lobby with significant renovation occurring. The room we stayed in was misrepresented by the hotel site photos. Our room was run down with heavily stained carpeting, stained chairs, beds that each had significant lumpy mattresses. We were clearly on a floor in the midst of construction as another room was completely gutted & getting prepped for renovation. The pool area needs a very significant renovation. The hot tub floor had badly chipped paint, there was still significant renovation being done by the waterslides. Hot tub was unremarkable as the water was tepid bathwater. The Seven Oaks site definitely misrepresented themselves with the photos of modern rooms. Very dissatisfied with our stay & would not recommend.

Liked: The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Loved the pool and waterslide. The woman who was looking after the pool area was so helpful and made sure the water on the decks was squeegeed. Had a lot of fun. The food in the restaurant was very good.
Disliked: The Reno’s but that can’t be helped. The area is a little sketchy but again that can’t be helped.
