Liked: It has a hot tub and pool
Disliked: Found a cockroach in our room. And a family with a little baby ended up getting locked out of their room for over an hour in their swim clothes and they weren’t even given a room to stay warm in or relax with their cold tired baby right away even though they asked and I even went and suggested to the staff trying to unlock the door.

Disliked: We got locked out of our room from the pool and we have a 20 month old we didn’t get in our room for over an hour had to stand there soaking wet with nothing and a shivering baby till they were able to get the door unlocked they said the door glitched and that’s why we got locked out eventually they did get us another room to stay in but it took an hour and another guest complaining for them to get us one.
