Cockroachs and rude Stafff

Liked: Leaving.
Disliked: Cockroachs in the pool and super rude, dissmissive pool staff. The pool lady told our family, after niece pointed out a cockroach, "that bugs are everywhere and that was life."There were other kids in the pool having swimming lessons, so my neice and I tried to fish out the bugs from the water using a cup she found on the side of the pool.The pool lady asked my neice to leave because she had a cotton shirt over her bathing suite. This same lady did not explain why her cotton shirt was not allowed. I was wearing a cotton shirt as well. The pool lady went up to my neice, ignoring my neice's personal space, and checked her shirt tag without asking! My neice was visibly upset and embarrassed. We all left the pool and called the front desk. The front desk person told me to come see them. I did, and nothing happened. Literally. I stood there for a while. Eventually, a lady with a cool accent said someone would get back to us. Nothing has happened. It's May now!
