Disliked: I didn't like a thing about the place filthy dirty. The rooms are disgusting. The chair in the room was, oh my God, I can't even describe. It, it was pathetic, I'm sure everybody's semen was on that one and the floors. The carpets are nasty. There's crackheads outside.The hot tub was disgusting with a big dirty ring

Exceptional

Liked: Arshpreet- the front receptionist was very kind and humble. He knows what he is doing and he is very good at it. He also guided me the city whereabouts as I was new in the town
Disliked: Some public areas needed to clean like the garbage near the elevator

Disappointing

Liked: Have been coming here for 35 years with my parents. The poolside rooms and layout is fantastic. The open top waterslide is fun. Some of the rooms are starting to be renovated.
Disliked: The steel waterslide staircase is severely corroded. The carpets have not been replaced and look disgusting. The pool and hottub could use some paint. There are now wierd rules such as no water footballs, sports balls allowed - even if you are the only family in the pool. You are not allowed any food or drink on the patio - I can’t think of anything better than having a slice of pizza and a Beverage while sitting poolside but that is not allowed. Clientele is sketchy - seen a drug dealer use the side entry, enter a room and leave 20 minutes later. This place would be great if management put some money back into the property as the layout is fantastic.

Disliked: I didn't like how dirty it was. The window in the bedroom had no scream. It had no air conditioning, it kept saying it was on, and it was at 72. The chair was disgustingly dirty. I took pictures. The carpets were filthy. The whole place is discussed in crackheads, outside, giving themselves needles. The whole place terrible The hot tub was disgustingly dirty, big, dirty ring all around it. Then the pillows are like big lumps.It's parking lots good
