Seven Oakes Motel

This place needs major renovation.

Liked: Thank goodness for the public transportation, which runs every 10-15 minutes and it is very reliable and efficient! This place is too far from downtown Kingston where all of tourist sights are.
Disliked: There is this really bad smell when you enter the lobby. It's like a foul, stale food or maybe this is just too old, unkept building. The swimming pool is such a bad sight. Those photos at the booking websites were old photos probably back when this place were still in top form. Now, everything looks old and run-down.

We had a good night...

Liked: It was safe and was close to other services. Front desk staff was very friendly.
Disliked: This motel has potential. Swimming pool is not in service. Kinda reminded me of some of the hotels I stayed in when backpacking in Mexico.

Liked: location, friendly staff
Disliked: the room needed more cleaning. baseboards should be wiped down. Walls should be washed. should vacuum under the couch cushions. and sweep under the couch as well.
