Liked: hotel no longer in business when we arrived for check-in

Hotel is closed!!! Not there....

Disliked: Hotel is closed!!! Not there. Has been converted into apartments and is now called The Swan Apartments.

Liked: The only this, comfortable bed.
Disliked: I didn't like the cleaning, in the room they didn't clean the corners and in the bathroom there was a very dirty hand towel that was left in the bathtub.

Liked: Just don’t come here. Nothing is as advertised. They are converting to “student housing” and not able to operate as a real hotel.

Disappointing

Disliked: The floor was greasy and slippery, I think it's the product used. It was the same way in my friends' room.The breakfast was also very poor.

Exceptional

Served the purpose. Desk staff...

Liked: It was just a stopover on the way to Panama beach City. One more night on a trip to there. It was ok. Worked fine. Young lady on the desk was so helpful!
Disliked: Cleanliness. Couple of dirty kleenex's in a drawer, dust on the headboard of the bed, only one garbage can for the whole unit, food on the surface in front of the microwave. All unnecessary. Cleanliness costs nothing. Plus nowhere near enough towels for the room! It seems in their quest to create student accommodation condos, travelers are being left behind. No problem, only one night.
