Liked: Hotel wasn't full.Breakfast was ok.Ice machines worked, water bottles in the room. Air conditioner worked.
Disliked: My child slipped in the bathtub and was bruised due to no bathmats in the tub.The pool was not clean - unhygienic. There is a crack at the top of the slide, not fixed. Bacterial issue? Do not use goggles in this pool. You don't want to see the pool bottom. I was hoping the pool would be a bit of a reward for my child after a day of travel. Now I feel guilty for letting them swim. I reported a sticky spill in front of the elevator on Saturday afternoon. I had to tell the desk again Sunday morning. We saw a woman "cleaning" the spill, and we saw the garbage from the spill not moved, after it had been cleaned.Why are the feather beds left on the beds left on the beds at +30C?

Amazing hotel and great staff.

Liked: Been staying here with family and have had every family function at this hotel for 18 years. Always clean, friendly staff, breakfast is always hot and the pool and water slide is a blast.

Liked: I liked the comfortable bed, the couch and coffee table. The staff was amazing. I also liked the little touches that were added such as water bottles, mints, fridge, and coffee machine. The breakfast was appreciated. It was close to a variety of shops and restaurants.
