Fair for the price

Liked: The staff were friendly and the room was clean. I would highly suggest 2nd floor if you have the option. Floors and walls are very thin so you can hear everything. Sounded like the people above me were wearing bowling balls for shoes. Also dealt with loud music coming from neighboring rooms and cars parked outside. I would suggest earplugs while sleeping here. Overall was to be expected for the price.

Liked: The hotel itself was great. Arrived in 99 degree weather and the pool was down for maintenance. The only downside to the room were the blinds. People who travel need sleep. The blinds did not keep the outside lights out, making it very bright in the room. Change the shades! The shower was amazing.

Facility is fine, management needs...

Liked: Room and bed were fine.
Disliked: Water from air conditioners pools on walkway outside rooms causing wet shoes when entering room. Extremely loud guests at 3am, staff did nothing proactively. Another guest was forced to ask them to stop the noise.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed...

Liked: Only thing good was the breakfast in the morning
Disliked: We accidentally booked a smoking room so expect a slight smoke smell but right outside was a strong illegal substance smell seeping into the room thin wall banging most of the night kids got no sleep stains all over the room scratchy characters hanging around outside and we ended up checking out a day early and when I brought up the illegal substance smell I was told “I did book a smoking section” like that was an excuse did not feel safe staying there with my family

Very good

Liked: Recently renovated, bathroom layout was improved over original design. Blackout curtain was very effective. Did not hear a lot of noise from other rooms.
Disliked: No shelf in shower to put toiletries (sorry, didn't use the wall-mounted ones provided, we brought our own.) Only one tiny trashcan provided. Light switch by the door didn't seem to do anything (corner lamp didn't work) so we had to walk across the room to turn on a light.
