Lovely stay

Liked: It was a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The ice machine was a bonus in our block.
Disliked: Would have been even better if there was more hooks to hang things in the bathroom.There wasn't a plug for the table lamp.

More potential with a bit...

Liked: The room itself was spacious and modern, and had extras such as a fridge to keep things cool. There was free tea/coffee in the lobby which was welcome in the mornings. Free parking was also a bonus!
Disliked: The pool was experiencing an algae bloom when I visited and one of them was green… the pool wasn’t closed off for swimming and staff didn’t seem interested in that or much else to be honest. There were no sun loungers just some white leather sofas under shade. The communal areas felt unloved, not serene and certainly not pristine like the pictures. The location is slightly off the strip so if you don’t have a car bear this in mind— it’s about a 40 min walk to the strip. Finally, there was a smell of weed in the corridor!

Liked: The staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious. The staff is honestly the highlight very friendly gave me information I didn’t know about such as the military discount.
Disliked: There is a homeless encampment next to it so I was concerned about that as they kept coming onto the property. There was no elevator so it was difficult for my disabled mom to get to and from the room. There is only one way in and out which I understand this helps with the homeless problem but inconvenient if you park in the back, the room key card doesn’t work on the gate in the back.

Liked: Large room, it looked clean. The days are hot in Vegas and they left a few packages of electrolytes on the table waiting for me. Nice attention.
Disliked: The hotel is next to the airport. There was a plane in the middle of the night, very noisy. But my little daughter jumped out of bed and went to the window to see it, she was very impressed !
