Exceptional

Liked: Room very clean. Everything I needed was there. Train station wasn’t too far away. Was very close to both beaches and the shops. Plenty of eating places in Llandudno. Nice long Pier to walk on and plenty of seats on the front.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn’t like.

For the price, we had...

Liked: The property was exceptionally clean and tidy, there wasn’t a spec of dirt or dust anywhere from the front door to the top floor. The beautiful smell when you walk in to the house is an excellent touch. There is also ambient piano music playing in the downstairs reception hall which gives it a luxury spa feeling. The host was personable and very chatty and took us up to our room (number 9 on the Third floor). The room was very light and airy with a dual aspect and views of the mountains. It had a king size bed and a small pullout single bed. The king size bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bedding was clean and stylish. There were tea and coffee facilities in the room and there was even a tray on the landing with extra supplies should we need them. The private bathroom, although very compact, was beautifully kitted out with toilet, shower and sink, and plenty of fluffy towels. We had two lounge chairs and a large flat screen tv in the room too which was a lovely touch. Overall, the room was very stylish and extremely clean and fresh. The location of the property is on a quiet residential street with plenty of on-street parking but within a 10 minute walk to the sea front. A great location for a base while going out exploring. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back to Wales as we all fell in love with it.
Disliked: The only minor things we could find with the room were: The shower, although nice and powerful, was extremely hot, even on the lowest heat setting- our 12 year old could only just bear it, so children any younger might struggle with the temperature. The single bed was a bit uncomfortable and the headboard wasn’t really fitted on it properly so our daughter struggled to get comfy in the evening. There was only 1 pillow per person supplied which for some people is not enough.These are only minor negatives that would be easy for them to rectify and it didn’t spoil our stay at all.

Our review of seren villa...

Liked: Lovely and clean room. The beds were very comfy, I think they had a memory foam topper. There was lots of wardrobe space too. The people who owned the villa came in half way and emptied our bins and topped up our tea store
Disliked: The pressure in the shower was a bit low however still usable - it just took longer to wash my hair!

Liked: Everything was perfect! The room was huge, with a nice view, silent and with a comfortable bed. The staff was extremely kind and gave us many tips about the city and surroundings. Parking lot close to the house. Very good breakfast.
