I had an incredibly disappointing...

Liked: Beautiful architecture and large rooms.
Disliked: Palacio De Los Gamboa left a terrible impression. The staff were aggressive, rude, and openly disrespectful, creating a hostile atmosphere rather than a welcoming experience. I would not recommend staying here.

Liked: The location was central, the staff were really polite and helpful, the room was sufficient and the shower was very good, I would recommend this place for sure.The breakfast was second to none too.Thank you
