Really good location

Liked: The location was central, the staff were really polite and helpful, the room was sufficient and the shower was very good, I would recommend this place for sure.The breakfast was second to none too.Thank you

I wouldn't recomend or go...

Liked: Location was central
Disliked: The location is quite central, the hotel is disappointing and needs to be renovated. The receptionist was rude uppon arrival, the room was ok and clean, the bathroom was old and needs to be renovated.

Love Granada

Liked: How great the hotel is! The charm, ambiance and location!
Disliked: All this was cancelled by parking! It is not normal to pay for the car as for a person! At least, they can suggest another option. I had a bad experience with a local guide, who tested my ability to drive in a Medina!!! All of you who will enjoy Granada, do not engage any self-invited guides!

Great hotel

Liked: The room was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was small but had good enough variety and more importantly, was tasty
Disliked: Almost fell down stairs on entry to second level from the lift because the lift door was right next to a flight of steps. Be careful!
