Very good

Liked: Perfectly situated for Alhambra, the old town and the 2 smashing monasteries. Pretty building and interior. The instructions how to reach the hotel by car through the restricted area were very helpful. Staff professional and polite.
Disliked: Not so easy to reach by car, but feasible with the good instructions from the hotel. The room a bit simple for a 4 star hotel. Shower and bathroom door had little defects that spoiled the picture a bit. Only one elevator to the floor, no stairs to use instead (except for emergency stairs somewhere of course).

Exceptional

Liked: The personal directions emailed prior to our arrival to the hotel via car was great as the hotel is in a restricted car zone. The hotel is very central and the staff were very helpful.

Granada was great very clean...

Liked: Location good breakfast selection very good nice rooms but noisy one night only because a huge festival of the cross was on . Whole town was out celebrating great atmosphere . Rooms very clean
Disliked: The only small thing was the wi fi connection was poor

Liked: The front desk staff was so helpful and friendly. The hotel was beautiful! The rooms were lovely and comfortable with Spanish style. The GoPro video and directions to the hotel were critical.
Disliked: At night, the bike lot was noisy outside our bedroom window. It was stressful driving to and parking in the hotel!! Had to fold in our van’s side view windows.

Liked: The location is very good, close to whatever you need to do in Granada. room is clean and has all that you would require.
Disliked: my room was next to a small street and in the night, Spanish people are quite loud...
