Great staff, comfortable room even...

Liked: Good location and very happy to get there as it was the day of the big power failure. Staff were very good in very difficult circumstances.

Liked: Very close to the Metro, comfy room...Breakfast was a great touch.

Liked: It is in a residential area, very quiet. Restaurants and the Metro are near by. Great Staff.
Disliked: Not so much a dislike, More food options on their Menu.

Overall, our stay was convenient...

Liked: The breakfast coffee was quite good, and the airport shuttle service was excellent. However, be aware that the shuttle departed the terminal three minutes earlier than scheduled.
Disliked: The room air conditioner was not working, making it too hot to sleep. The “hot” breakfast items were cold, and the breakfast staff were not attentive — they did not replenish empty food items or plates until asked (although they did respond promptly once requested).

Don’t stay here - plenty...

Liked: Close to airport with shuttle and a few decent restaurants nearby These are the ONLY good things
Disliked: The staff is so rude. The thermostat can’t be controlled in the room - they were blasting heat and it was so hot in the room. Like too hot to sleep hot. No fans available. Someone smoking in room next door at 11 pm and at 6 am so gross. Had to open window so that bright street light shining in my face and could hear everyone talking outside and getting in cars. Long black hairs in bathroom ( not mine ) The hotel is dumpy Just wanted to get some good sleep before an early flight and couldn’t even do that. I would never stay here again. Plenty of nicer hotels with shuttle.
