The hotel was comfortable and...

Liked: Excellent breakfast. Very good choice of food and drinks Very helpful staff- the receptionist when we arrived took a lot of trouble finding us a different room as we had been given one on the top floor and the lift stopped at floor 5 as she saw we were rather old to climb stairs!
Disliked: There was a wide selection of herbal tea but no English breakfast tea!

We had an amazing stay....

Liked: Location was amazing. Parking, although a short distance away, was safe, clean and easy. Room was just what we needed. Best breakfast buffet I have experienced.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Great location in the square. We caught the coach from Bilbao airport to Bilbao coach park in the centre . Coach park had taxis waiting so we were at the accommodation quickly . On leaving the taxis outside the hotel took us back to the coach park to continue our journey . We walked into the centre to eat and drink , finding it safe to walk around as two females .
Disliked: We would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room and the hairdryer was difficult to use . The breakfasts were around 10€ and could have been better . I would have liked egg of some sort and tomatoes with my bacon, potato fruttato and beans. Didn’t have toast as the toaster was proving to be very slow .
