Liked: Very clean comfortable rooms with a fridge and large single beds, excellent Lift straight to the underground parking .
Disliked: Nothing to dislike, excellent location for metro or bus service to the centre of Madrid

Liked: We stayed second time in this hotel, the staff was very kind and everybody was very helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast was amazing. For sure we will choose this hotel next time as well.

Liked: The room was good, and had everything that was usually needed, including some small extras from the hotel like a toothbrush/toothpaste, tissues, and comb. Generally, it was a quiet and pleasant stay. The staff was very kind and helpful.The location is also pretty convenient if you don't like to stay in the busy city center. There are many restaurants, grocery stores, and a public transport stop nearby.
Disliked: The bed linens were pretty "tired", with some holes and stains. It would be better to get rid of such in the first place to keep a good reputation. Breakfast could be better for the price.
